well my vulcan has a 10 there to and it weighs 110 pounds so maby yours it a 110# vulcan like mine? looks allmost the same as mine

Being cast there will be some variation between anvils so the marks aren't likely to be right on the money. A forged anvil is made, weighted and the weight is then stamped in so it'll be a lot more accurate but only applies to when it was new. Frosty

Craig, Mainline rail usually runs at maybe 110 or 120 pounds to the yard so maybe that weighs more than you think- unless it is a smaller size than usual.

Well, I suppose it could be...I didn't weigh it. You can sort of see in the picture it says 85 lbs. on the side (per yard I'm guessing) so I did some quick math to get an approximate weight per inch and in the end came out with 66 lbs. So it must be a lighter grade rail. |
