This air hammer was a bit different from most I have seen. 40 pound head weight.

My 3b Nazel. Have had it for around 4 years now. I did a mild rebuild when I got it, new seals (converted to Orings couldn't find suitable leather at the time), new bushing and wristpins. Last edited by Chris Pook; 10-15-2007 at 01:58 PM. |

Sorry for the fuzzy photos. I bought a second air hammer this summer when I had an intern for 8 weeks helping me with production stuff. SayHa (now SayMak) 50kg. (110 lbs.) & SayMak 60 (130 lbs.) |

Home designed hammer... Well , It doesnt actually belong to me, but I spent 6 months of my life rebuilding it in 2001, and personally re-designed most of it from scratch (started out with the 2 legs, cylinder & valve chest from a 'scrap' pile), - all the rest, including desiging the main air valve ( 10 " dia!) from 'johnCAD' total falling weight 7.5 ton. http://www.forgedinsheffield.com/ass...s/BIGHAM~2.MPG ive made much better since, but not bigger! |
