Hi, folks, first major post on iForge. Anywho I was wondering if anyone around the middle TN area knows of a good place to find smithing supplies?

Thanks,

Pepper, welcome to Iforgeiron!
I'm too far from you to be of any help with locating blacksmithing supplies, but there are IFI members down your way who should be able to help.

Welcome to the community!

James

Whoops. I just now realized I posted this under the Copper, Brass, Bronze, and Tin Smithing section.

I am almost positive that hammerkid(Chris) lives in Middle Tennessee. He lives in Oliver Springs if that helps any.

Ken Scharabok lives in Waverly and operates an eBay business called Poorboy Blacksmith Tools. He only sells through eBay but may allow you to pick up your tools at his farm.

Ken would be an excellent contact for someone starting out in that area! Can you make it to Quad-State this year? I don't believe they make a truck that could haul all the smithing stuff sold at Quad-State. I remember one year I counted a dozen triphammers for sale *on-site* with a bunch more offsite being sold by pictures.
