Default Hinges

Here are some hinges I made for my street sign, I didn't peen the other end over as I sometimes will need to take them apart, but will also work into the design a little spin-stop to keep them from coming apart when I don't want them to. They are from 1 inch wide 1/4 inch thick flat bar, with a 3/8ths pin, I upset the heads on them and everything. They are solid as a rock. Enjoy.

Nah I hand rolled, it is quicker for me at least now cause I haven't made a jig yet. Sometimes I will use the vice jaws as a press though, that helps get it nice and round and fit the pin really good.
