Default Another what is it?

Does anyone know what kind of mandrel this is? Its almost 4' long, one end/section is half round( about 2/3 of it) and one is square. Says: _ &_ Taylor co Philadelphia( cant read the two _). If this is a tinners mandrel please put in tinsmith section.

Hi BT,
Its not the hollow mandrel(have several of these and they are great to forge on). This one is solid and 2- 3 inches thick( would have to measure it).
