Question Email Size Reduction

Hi all, Vince Nakovics from Tidewater Blacksmiths Guild, was wondering how you reduce the size of your newsletters to make them managable for the subscriber. In case your wondering I am not super literate on the computer and need some spoon feeding at times. Glenn thanks for making this available to us. Vince

Default hello

Hey gang,
Just getting to know the site and saw the newsletter editors area and had to cry on someone's shoulder. I am called an editor, for eight years now, for the Mississippi Forge Council, and still don't have a clue on the right way to do it but some kind of communication gets to the members almost regularly.
Vince, are you talking about an 'online' newsletter?
I have questions about doing it online also. Can anyone tell me how to make it open in a reasonable time. I quit putting the MFC newsletter online because it took a couple of days to open.
