The SWABA news letter has has a powerhammer or two listed in it over the last year, all in NM so better shipping numbers. I can ask around at the SWABA meeting this Saturday in Albuquerque too.

Default 25# Little Giant Power Hammer for sale - central IL

I have a 25# Little Giant for sale. It is a 1946 model... new style. It has been used in a home shop for the last 2 years. It has been rebuilt with approximately 20 hours of use since rebuild. It has a 1 phase, 120V motor with double belt drive... you can just plug it into your 120V household or garage outlet and go to work! The bearings, clutch pads, springs, motor, motor mount, and toggle arms are all rebuilt, updated, or replaced per specifications of Little Giant of Nebraska (and with their advice and guidance). The dies are both mild drawing dies. There is, in addition, a second top drawing die that goes with the machine. The dies have very little wear and have never been ground down. They are ready to work and be used for years. The hammer runs excellent. It can be used on steel bar or flats up to 2 inches thick.
You will also get the book "The Little Giant Powerhammer, rebuilding, history, & use" by Richard R. Kern. In addition, you will get a chart showing all lubrication points (grease zerks have been installed where needed).
This is an excellent power hammer. Most Little Giant hammers for sale require extensive time, money, parts, and equipment to place into production. This power hammer is rebuilt and ready for your use. It is a simple, reliable power hammer with household 120V power requirements. Shipping can be arranged to your location in the lower 48 states. I will help get reasonable shipping set up for you. This power hammer is also available for local pick-up in Mason City, Illinois (central part of Illinois).
