 SBL Pulley project. My new SBL had a broken pulley so i made a new one from 4" CRS on my other SBL. I did all the grooving from a 1/4" HSS bit ground to a point. All that is left is the keyway and set screw...Bob  |

 Bob, If your interested in submitted the text and photos on how these were made, they can be worked up into blueprints.

| When I make pulleys I use a cut off tool to cut the center groove to depth. Set the tool to cut the angle on one side. Reset tool for the other side cut that angle. Just another way to do it. Keep on turning  LarryM |
