Default Farewell to Jezebel

Well, it been a while.. this is what we've been up to.

Firstly, we've bought a shiny new air hammer from Alan Ball in Queensland (http://www.villagesmith.com.au). So, out goes Jezebel, our trusty old power hammer.
Then, when we're partly through re-arranging our forges and anvils and getting them all how we like them, the Royal Agricultural Society, our landlords, tell us they want a new floor put in our workshop, so everything has got to come out again.

Anyway, the pictures say it all. Bear in mind that most things were shifted using manpower alone. Some things were, on occasion, dragged behind a ute or suchlike, though.

Hey Bear, we Aussies reckon you've gotta get em started early in the craft!!! Perhaps Michael will take a few photos of the shop when we've got everything back in place and post them here. We've been on this project since the beginning of February now! Regards, Brian.

So what is going to happen to Jezebel? Seems a shame to retire her completely.

G'day BT, Jezebel is privately owned by one of our long-time members. He is a farmer and has taken her back to his farming property, a few hours drive from Perth. He intends to re-assemble her and place her on display in the town centre, as a museum piece. We would very much liked to have kept her in our workshop, but simply did not have the room. Regards, Brian.
