Hello from Australia, my name is Ian, I have already said hello to some Aussies on other forums, thought I would introduce myself to everyone else.I am self taught through the wonderful resources on the "interweb" , like this website. It's hard to think of things to make sometimes but when you see instructions like how to make a knot, you can them incorporate them into your own designs. Is there any Aussies out there that know where I can get 6mm square rod the local steel merchant said they don't make it anymore. Cheers

Ian , i can get as much 6 mm square hot / cold roll as i want still down here in Victoria Dale Russell P.S , help's my young bloke works where i buy my stock too ....

Welcome to IFI Ian  Nice part of the world you come from in the highlands. As for the 6mm square, why not forge it from some other stock?
