santoku Knife and crosses
Here is a santoku knife I made for my daughter. Some of you might remember me asking "How do I harden this?" Well thanks for your help I finished the knife. The steel is from a large bearing race from a P3 aircraft my daughter works on (She is in the Navy doing avaition electronics and this bearing came from one of "her" planes.) The handle material is mesquite burl from Arizona. Thanks for looking and your imput.
I also included a commissioned piece I did of three crosses on a large piece of burl wood that is about 3 feet long.
