Default Blade Show Preview

I just finished putting up a page on my site of the knives I will have at this year's Blade Show. Since I can never seem to get pics to post on the fourms, here's a link:
Blade Show Preview

I still have four knives on the bench, all of which are in the final finish stage. I'll have pics of those posted on the website within the next day or two.

Hope to see you in Atlanta!

Lookin' good, Ed!
Is that half penny guard hot-blued?

Hi Bruce!

Yes it is.....Nitre Blue. I've tried a lot of different things over the years, but keep coming back to the Nitre Blue for its ease of use and the versatility.

The colors on the folder are heat coloring.

I think bluing dresses up furniture more than anything else. Nice job!

Thanks! My thought is that everything is in the details. Fit and finish is what separates knives to me. Sitting here thinking about it, I probably spend more time finishing a knife than I do any other portion.

I just finished updating the Blade Show Preview page on my website with the last four knives. You can see them at Blade08preview

Along with those final four, I will also have two EBK IIs, two Progression II folders, and 3-4 Damascus Writing Pens.

If your going to Atlanta, please stop by my table and introduce yourself and say Hi!
