Default anvil

anyone tell me what kind of anvil this is? I'm thinking its an hay-budden, but not sure. It belonged to my great-grandfather. he used it from 1915 to 1946.
Any ideas where to go find the info or opinions would be appreciated! There are a few photos in the gallery.

Hi Creek
Take a wire brush and clean off the side of the anvil that is not showing in the picture that is where the name is likely to be. Also you could rub the side with the side of a stick of chalk that may help you see things.

It appears to be a Hay Budden, looks like the 2 I have. They did not always mark their anvils on the side from what I have been told. But you can look under the tail up close to the waist and there will be the # '4' stamped into the anvil. They did this on most of their unmarked anvils. Looks like an excellent anvil. Use it well, I'm sure your great grndfather would be proud to see you using it.
