I would say YES ... I just bought my 30 lb Macgowan & finigan perfect power hammer for 1500.00 in the same area as you and if i hadn't i would be interested! 1200 is a good price in my opinion... If you get it and decide you don't like it in 6 months let me know .. i will have money again by then
