Today I started by doweling the tup and then milling off the welds. In fact, it is easier said than done. Did another small amount of stock removal. Then did errands including picking up the new batch of decals. They look good. I proceeded to locate Young Mike's machine shop in an ooooold 3 story Crown Cork and Seal factory building in east Baltimore. Many an entrepreneur or wannabe in the cavernous place. He's in building #40 and I saw signs to building #53! Many ended up interconnected. It was a huge complex back in the day. Anyways, I made a deal with him to deliver the tup tomorrow to have him have a go at it. I could use it as is, but I want him to do what he can. Right now he has his cnc in his grandpa's shop and he proudly took me to his own adjacent space that he is painting. Too bad his father's bizzinezz went down the tube because his former space at the 3rd world was much nicer, and a lot nicer than mine. Sigh. Economic fluctuations rattle a lotta cages. Surviving for him and me is much more important than nice digs. My current back log of work takes me to January. The calls keep coming. I have two events in September and am already feeling guilty about the amount of time they'll take.
